The city fireworks were a couple days before the 4th, so on Independence Day we set off some of our own.
I can’t believe that my darling children would torture their action figures with fireworks. I didn’t take photos of the most gruesome stunts, but let’s just say that poor Indiana Jones will never be the same. After the kids got covered in black from the smoke bombs and growing snakes, it was time to get to the more serious fireworks.
After regretting not taking my tripod a couple days before, I did take it out for these. Of course our fireworks weren’t near as spectacular as the city light show.
